Bedtime remedy

These 2 ingredients, boiled and taken before bedtime, provide an easy way to lose those last few pounds.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 250 ml water
Boil the water in a pan, add the cinnamon, and boil for 2-3 minutes more. Take the pan off the stove, let it cool, and add the honey. Drink half a glass before bedtime.
